Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Experience developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
• Ability to monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with strong organizing skills.
• Present oral briefings to Government oversight personnel.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions with clear written communication.
• Conduct fact finding for special projects and respond to inquiries from Government.
