Qualifications

• Public trust position with the ability to pass pre-employment checks.
• 3+ years of recent project/operations management experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification in lieu of degree.
• Strong command of Office tools and written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Present oral briefings to Government oversight personnel.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions in writing.
• Communicate clearly and concisely to management and staff.
• Conduct fact finding for special projects and respond to inquiries.
• Manage daily workload to maximize efficiency and ensure contractual compliance.
• Mentor supervisors and clerks and organize monthly management meetings.
• Assist QC Manager with quality control activities and corrective actions.
• Act as Program Manager in the Program Manager’s absence.
• Be available for in-person meetings within 2 business hours.
