Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Operations leader to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. You’ll own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end and stand up new functions as the company scales, driving rigor in how we operate while partnering with executives.

You will work directly with leadership to identify initiatives, build finance and GTM systems, and ensure progress across engineering, product, and finance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a cross-functional, high-ownership role (coS, operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or founding a company).
• Experience at a hyper-growth startup, ideally building new functions and processes from scratch.
• Some technical fluency — comfortable discussing infrastructure or model training with engineers.
• Strong business operational instincts: finance models, dashboards, and translating ambiguous goals into concrete plans.
• High agency and a bias toward action; able to manage multiple work streams without losing details.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and drive the company’s strategic initiatives with leadership.
• Build and own new operational functions for finance, people, and GTM ops as the company scales.
• Drive cross-functional projects from ambiguity to execution with engineering, GTM, and finance.
• Run the operating cadence: goal-setting, weekly/monthly business reviews, and org-wide planning.
• Delve into technical details when needed to support different verticals.
• Identify gaps in operations and build lightweight systems and processes to close them.
• Support hiring across the company as we scale the team.
