Mercor is seeking an Executive Operations leader to partner with the GM of Growth, driving strategy, OKRs, and execution across product, growth, operations, and hiring. This role spans ambiguous problems, cross-functional initiatives, and stakeholder management without formal authority.

You will work across Product, Growth, Data, and Sales to keep top priorities on track as the org scales, and act as a trusted proxy for the GM in critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Analytical and execution-focused, thrives in ambiguity.
• PM-like instincts for structuring problems, broad scope.
• Strong communicator across functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Establish operating rhythms across product, growth, marketing, and ops.
• Remove blockers and keep priorities on track as the Growth org scales.
• Drive workstreams across hiring and go-to-market.
• Act as a flexible strategic partner to the GM and stakeholders.
