Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations with scoped plans, milestones and owners.
• Drive execution across teams, coordinating stakeholders to deliver on time.
• Apply analytical rigor to frame problems, evaluate options, and measure impact.
• Align senior leadership on status, risks, and decisions across the org.
• Establish operating standards, templates, and playbooks for scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and advisory teams.
