Job summary

DealHub Ltd. in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Chief of Staff to translate strategy into operational reality across finance, people, and GTM. You’ll own ambiguous cross-functional problems end-to-end and stand up new functions from scratch as the company scales.

Work directly with the executive team to drive cadence, set priorities, and build lightweight processes to close gaps. If you have strong operations instincts and thrive in a fast, capital-efficient startup, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a high-ownership, cross-functional role.
• Experience at a hyper-growth startup building new functions.
• Some technical fluency to discuss infra or model training.
• Strong business operations instincts with dashboards.
• High agency and bias toward action with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives with leadership.
• Build and own new operational functions as the company scales.
• Drive cross-functional projects with engineering, GTM, and finance.
• Run operating cadence: goal-setting and business reviews.
• Engage in technical details where needed to support verticals.
• Spot gaps and build lightweight systems to close them.
• Support hiring as we scale.
