You are the bridge between strategy and execution — the leader who identifies cross-module bottlenecks, directs resource flow, and turns the system's compounding promise into operational reality.

What you'll operate:

• Cross-module orchestration: ensuring all seven Growth OS modules operate as one coherent system
• Capacity planning across client portfolios — resource allocation, utilisation, and scaling
• Global delivery quality management across New York, London, and Istanbul hubs
• Operational bottleneck identification and resolution at the system level
