Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Operations Director to lead site operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people. You will oversee Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Test, Engineering, and Facilities, setting strategy and developing high-performing teams for a high‑mix, high‑volume EMS site.

You will partner with Business Unit leaders and customers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure capability to meet evolving demand while shaping a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–15 years of manufacturing/operations experience with senior leadership.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed EMS environment; site ramp or growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Manager and functional leaders; accountable for site performance 24/7.
• Develop succession plans; build capability and leadership bench strength.
• Set site goals, manage KPIs, dashboards, and on-floor accountability reviews.
• Translate corporate strategy into executable site plans and capacity alignment.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity, and capital investment decisions with Finance.
