Job summary

Jabil is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes and help set production priorities aligned with cost efficiency. The role collaborates with management to drive quality, scheduling, and operational improvements across production lines.

You will analyze production metrics, coordinate with procurement and maintenance, and implement methods to reduce scrap and downtime while ensuring safe, orderly work areas. A relevant degree and prior experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Establish production and quality standards in collaboration with management.
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Review reports to identify nonconformity and address problems with supervisors.
• Minimize scrap and MRO usage; ensure clean, stocked work areas.
• Monitor production metrics and improve defects per million (DPM).
• Ensure policy compliance and proper stocking of operation supplies.
