Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead strategy and execution of technical and leadership development programs across Memphis and Byhalia campuses. You will partner with Operations and HR to build workforce capability and leadership effectiveness, driving safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires 5+ years in HR Learning & Development, prior leadership experience, and experience in manufacturing or operations.

Qualifications

Proven ability to design and deliver training for hourly and salaried populations.
Experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Training Specialists to deliver high-impact learning solutions.
Define and implement a training strategy aligned with site, HR, and business objectives.
Design and deliver training programs for technical skills and leadership development.
Monitor KPIs to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and optimize learning systems and ensure accurate training records.
