Jabil, Inc. seeks a proven Operations Director to lead Florence, KY site operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.

You will oversee Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Test, Engineering, and Facilities, setting strategy and building high-performing teams to meet evolving customer demand. You will drive continuous improvement, manage site KPIs and operating system, and partner with Business Unit leaders and customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.
• 8–15 years manufacturing/ops experience; 7+ years in senior leadership.
• Hands-on leader who drives culture and change.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, fast-paced EMS environment; site ramps/large growth.
• Ability to influence executives, customers, and peers; strong safety mindset.
• Proficient with operational metrics, capacity planning, and financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Operations Manager and functional leaders; 24/7 site performance accountability.
• Design site organization to support growth and stability; hire and develop senior leaders.
• Set site goals aligned with Business Unit; manage KPIs, dashboards, and reviews.
• Turn corporate strategy into executable site plans; align capacity with demand.
• Oversee cost drivers, headcount, capacity models, and capital investments.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, QRQC, RCA, and Kaizen.
• Promote best practices; ensure compliance with safety, quality, security, and confidentiality.
