Responsibilities

• Oversee New Customer Introduction, New Product Introduction, and product transfers.
• Ensure milestones, goals, and objectives are aligned with customer needs.
• Provide processes, tools, metrics and reporting for PMO operations.
• Forecast functional area budget and HR needs when applicable.
