Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Senior Director, Program Management to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation across ERP, CMS/PMIS, and CRM platforms from our Houston, TX office. You will lead a multi-leadership PMO, manage scope, schedule, budget, and benefits realization, and partner with IT and stakeholders to align with Quanta strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
• MBA, PMP or PgMP preferred but not required.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of program or project leadership on large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for enterprise transformation programs including ERP/CRM/PMIS platforms.
• Lead PMO, Change Management, Data, Reporting and Security leads as an integrated delivery team.
• Translate strategy into executable program plans and manage scope, schedule, and budget across streams.
