Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Senior Director, Program Management to lead an enterprise transformation spanning ERP, CMS/PMIS, CRM, and connected applications from our Houston office. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and benefits realization, partnering with the VP, Transformation and SI partners.

You will lead the PMO, Change Management, Data, and Reporting leads, ensuring alignment with broader Quanta strategy and standards while delivering a single integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA, PMP, or PgMP certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 12 years of program or project leadership on large-scale enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for enterprise transformation programs including ERP/CRM/PMIS and connected applications.
• Lead and develop the transformation leadership team (PMO, Change Management, Data, Reporting, Security).
• Translate executive strategy into executable program plans across ERP, CRM, CMS/PMIS and data workstreams.
• Maintain program scope, schedule, and budget; escalate only enterprise-level risks.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of active and planned technology initiatives and renovations.
• Chair governance forums; deliver executive reporting on progress, risk, budget, and benefits.
