About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our recruitment business while driving client acquisition and managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities. This hybrid leadership role combines operational excellence, business development, and hands‑on recruitment to support the company's growth objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Implement and improve operational processes and workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
