Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise seeks a Service Delivery Manager to establish and maintain relationships with insurers, asset managers, corporations and government entities, while managing daily client engagement, reporting, and operational performance.

You will drive client health reporting, guide delivery standards, mentor analysts, train clients, and collaborate with sales to uncover opportunities for expanded support and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Investment Operations, Financial Services, FinTech or Investment Accounting.
• Working knowledge of investment accounting and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversees accurate daily/monthly/quarterly/annual client reporting and service.
• Manage Client Engagement Model and client health reporting.
• Ensure quality servicing within delivery standards and SOPs.
• Develop client relationships and understand client business and product needs.
• Strategic planning of service delivery to drive usage and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate value and identify opportunities.
• Mentor analysts and provide client training.
