Job summary

Advanced Asset Management, LLC seeks an experienced Regional Director to supervise operations and strategic direction for a portfolio of multifamily communities across Texas. You will drive property performance, occupancy, revenue, and financial accountability while building high-performing teams.

You will partner with Community Managers and corporate leadership to improve portfolio results, ensure standards, and support growth objectives with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with at least 2-3 years in regional or multi-property leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple communities and managing property-level operations through Community Managers.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, occupancy, sales, renewals, resident retention, collections, and property operations.
• Experience with property budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, expense control, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and performance of multiple communities within the region.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold Community Managers accountable for property performance and company expectations.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention across the portfolio.
• Monitor rental income, collections, delinquency, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Develop, review, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
