Certified Apartment Staffing seeks an Experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community in Texas. The ideal candidate will lead onsite staff, ensure leasing, maintenance, and resident relations are top-notch, and drive excellent service.
Strong leadership, organization, and knowledge of Fair Housing are essential, along with experience with property management software and budgets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multifamily/apartment management experience.
- Previous Property Manager experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of leasing, collections, and resident relations.
- Fair Housing knowledge.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with property management software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff.
- Manage leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Monitor occupancy, collections, and resident relations.
- Handle resident concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
- Oversee maintenance, vendors, and property upkeep.
- Assist with budgets, invoices, and property reports.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate the onsite team.
