Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Bedford, TX to lead daily operations, coordinate company-wide initiatives, and work closely with executive leadership to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate will improve SOPs, enhance internal communications, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and leverage technology and AI tools to boost performance across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in business operations, project management, property management, business administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional correspondence and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience developing SOPs, improving workflows, or implementing operational processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on commitments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable adopting new technologies, including AI‑powered productivity tools.
• Ability to travel periodically to company locations throughout Texas, including occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership in managing daily operations, organizational priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs, policies, and internal workflows.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve consistency and productivity.
• Draft and distribute company newsletters, announcements, policies, training materials, reports, and executive communications.
• Coordinate company-wide projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Partner with regional supervisors and property management teams to support operational performance across multiple locations.
• Monitor operational metrics, including occupancy, collections, maintenance performance, and resident satisfaction.
• Support employee onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with organizing leadership meetings, company events, and employee development programs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare executive presentations, meeting agendas, reports, and organizational updates.
• Maintain strong communication between corporate leadership and field operations.
• Participate in property visits, operational reviews, and special projects as needed.
