Job summary

Softheon, a remote-first healthtech company, is hiring a Business Operations Manager. The role focuses on optimizing business processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives across functions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in business operations with at least 2 years in management, a STEM background, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business operations or related role in healthcare or technology
• At least 2 years in a managerial position
• Experience within a STEM field is required
• Excel experience required; SQL experience preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification within 6 months of hire if not already certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth processes
• Lead strategic planning and data-driven decision making to support growth
• Manage projects, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations
• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain detailed process documentation
• Mentor and collaborate with Talent team on hiring and development
• Be available for on-call duty and occasional weekend/overnight work
