Broccoli AI is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive performance across our Strategy & Operations pillars. You will work with founder-level leadership to shape company strategy, accelerate growth, and enable scalable operations.

The role emphasizes high-ownership, problem-solving across GTM, customer success, and enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, PE, or fast-growing startups, with a passion for applying AI to real business

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop and evaluate strategic options
• Ability to design and monitor performance metrics and dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication across executive audiences
• Comfort leading cross-functional initiatives and programs

Responsibilities

• Own business performance management, KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Build and manage enablement tools such as QBRs, health scorecards, and adoption dashboards.
• Drive initiatives that improve customer and revenue outcomes across GTM, CS, and growth.
• Lead cross-functional operational improvements across go-to-market, customer success, and growth.
• Support strategic planning, board materials, and executive decision-making.
• Lead high-priority company initiatives and special projects.
