• Data Analysis & Reporting: build dashboards and evaluate performance using data.

• Project & Program Management: lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
• Vendor & Tool Management: manage CRM/ERP platforms and vendors.
• Team Enablement: identify capability gaps and support a high-performance culture.
