Job summary

LevelUp is seeking a VP, Enterprise Operations & Strateg ic Finance to align finance, operations and strategy across a multi-entity platform. You will partner with the Founder/CEO and senior leaders to anchor planning, performance, and governance while driving measurable transformation.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, cash flow and reporting, build scalable BI and ERP-enabled processes, and shape organizational design and leadership development to sustain growth in a hands-on, in-person Austin

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across finance, operations, strategy or enterprise leadership.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, liquidity, management reporting and financial controls.
• Experience working with Founder/CEO, Board or ownership group, or executive exposure.
• Proven ability to improve operating systems, processes and accountability.
• Experience governing ERP, CRM, BI, workflow, automation or AI-enabled processes.
• Excellent executive communication and judgment in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance, FP&A, budgeting and liquidity management across entities.
• Oversee enterprise operations, cadence, governance and cross-functional execution.
• Direct BI, data systems, dashboards and forward-looking metrics.
• Design organizational structure, leadership development and succession planning.
• Drive transformation projects connecting efficiency to revenue and enterprise value.
• Collaborate closely with Founder/CEO and senior leaders on critical decisions.
