Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in finance and have 5-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in FP&A and manufacturing finance. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 – 10 years’ experience in finance, FP&A, manufacturing finance, or plant finance.
• Strong analytical capabilities and strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• CPA or CMA designation or progress towards certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Assess costs, margins, and profitability across business units.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights.
