Job summary

This full-time position requires a proven leader who can manage departments, develop KPI-based standards, and partner with executive leadership to deliver actionable results, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a related leadership role.
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing business operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs or performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Must be able to work in office in Draper, Utah.
• Must be willing and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure functions run efficiently.

• Travel as needed to support operations.
