FORTÉ in Phoenix seeks a Technical Operations Manager to lead delivery teams and ensure top-tier client outcomes. You’ll own the operating plan, align resources, and drive revenue growth through effective service delivery and project governance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery leaders to optimize margins, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction while modeling the company’s values and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading professional service, project delivery, or operations teams.
• Oversight of large teams, coaching, and talent development.
• P&L accountability including budgets, forecasting, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the operating plan (FTE, assets, training) to support business needs.
• Drive departmental financial performance against revenue, gross margin, and net income targets.
• Review contracts with Sales/Engineering/Delivery for scope, feasibility and margin.
