Job summary

Fortem Technologies Inc. seeks a Business Operations Manager to partner with the Chief Business Officer and senior leaders, translating strategic priorities into executable operational plans that connect marketing, revenue operations, engineering, manufacturing, customer programs, and finance.

You will lead process improvements, KPI planning, and cross-functional initiatives, building dashboards and supporting budgeting cycles in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or related role.
• Analytical abilities with data modeling and trend interpretation.
• Leadership, influence, and cross-functional communication.
• Project management skills; PMP a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and scalable workflows across departments.
• Partner with CBO and heads to align goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Act as cross-functional connective tissue for marketing, revenue ops, engineering, manufacturing, and finance.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and due diligence activities.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery.
• Manage vendor/tool relationships (CRM, ERP, PM platforms).
• Enable teams through training and capability development.
