Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a project controls professional to support large Navy/DoD initiatives. The role focuses on building and maintaining detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and analyzing critical paths to keep programs on track.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor staffing, procurement, and budgets, and prepare detailed status briefs for leadership. A DoD secret clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business with five years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree with three years of relevant experience.
• Or an associate’s degree with seven years of relevant experience.
• At least three years of the required experience must be in large and complex Navy/DoD projects.
• At least one year must include experience leading project tasks or teams.
• Hands-on support for project control, including detailed project schedules.
• Experience tracking milestones, analyzing critical paths, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience monitoring staffing, procurement, and budgets.
• Current DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, analyzing the critical path, and monitoring project resources.
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure tasks remain on schedule and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
