Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Acquisition Program Manager to lead a major $60M+ effort in Alexandria, VA, overseeing a distributed team delivering acquisition, analytical, and decision-support services for OSW and Joint Staff.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, a Master’s degree, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities include business development, pipeline growth, and managing contracts over $16M, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years of experience managing complex, high-dollar value contracts within the DoW or Federal government.
• Experience working with senior military and civilian stakeholders, preferably within OSW, the Joint Staff, or similar headquarters organizations.
• Ability to produce senior-level analysis, briefings, and decision materials.
• Master's degree is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major $60M+ effort and oversee a distributed team delivering acquisition and decision-support services.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to oversee OSW and Joint Staff support activities.
• Develop and execute strategy to grow business with current and adjacent customers.
• Drive business development resources for qualification, capture and proposals.
• Manage group finances, BD and contracts totaling over $16M annually.
• Foster relationships with industry partners and government customers to identify new opportunities.
• Hire, develop, and lead staff to maintain high team morale and cohesion.
