Saalex Corporation, an Engineering and Information Technology Services company, seeks a Senior Operations Manager in Lexington Park, MD to lead and coordinate complex operational efforts across multiple departments and locations. The role acts as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort, interfacing with the Government COR on technical issues.

The position requires a Master’s degree, active Top Secret clearance, 10+ years of relevant experience (7+ in supervisory roles), and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in supervisory roles across program management and systems engineering.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with proven ability to manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all operational activities across the program.
• Formulate and implement policies to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
• Manage acquisition and employment of project resources to meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee contractor execution of Task Order (TO) requirements and align with mission objectives.
• Serve as primary point of contact with Government COR on technical and project matters.
• Lead through subordinate supervisors to coordinate across departments.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
