Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a senior program leader to oversee a large NAWCAD contract. You will provide direct on-site leadership, act as the single authority, and ensure success across technical, production and fabrication work streams.

You will guide cross-functional teams at multiple sites, align program goals with financial execution, and communicate milestones and performance to senior government leadership. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience required
• At least 5 of those years as a production facility manager
• Experience as primary authority for the contracted effort
• Experience delivering high-level program briefings and status updates

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, on-site leadership for a large NAWCAD engineering, prototyping and fabrication contract
• Act as single point of authority for the entire contracted effort
• Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for contract performance and customer satisfaction
• Direct cross-functional teams across multiple sites and manage program goals and finances
• Deliver high-level briefings on program milestones, status, and performance
