Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial & Budget Analyst to support OUSD R-E P&E PPBE processes, coordinating with program managers and government stakeholders. You will collect and review financial data, prepare annual deliverables, and serve as internal staff coordinator for budget-related taskers.

Requirements include 10+ years of DoD financial management, PPBE familiarity, and a TS/SCI clearance, with strong analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of DoD financial management experience.
Familiarity with PPBE process and annual milestones.
Experience with RDTE funds and fund life cycle.
Experience using OBIEE to query data and generate reports.
Experience using ADVANA for DAR-Q taskers.
Familiarity with MIPR transactions and reconciliations.
Experience briefing at executive levels; working with multiple services.
Strong analytic, administrative, and organizational skills.
Clearance TS/SCI and a BA/BS degree.

Responsibilities

Provide PPBE support and plan, program, budget, and execution guidance.
Coordinate with program managers and BizOps for timely financial information.
Collect, aggregate, and review financial data for annual and ad hoc taskers.
Prepare deliverables and briefings for government clients.
Monitor financial execution and respond to legislative data requests using CATMS.
