Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Business Operations Manager within the Corporate Planning function to ensure planning processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with precision, translating strategy into clear direction for working teams, surfacing insights to keep the organization aligned to priorities.

You will partner with the Director of Strategy & Planning and EA, manage agendas, coordinate with ELT core strategy teams, and drive on-time delivery of planning cycles with high quality and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus years of experience in operations or planning.
• Experience coordinating across executive/senior levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage agenda creation, attendee curation, and cross-organizational communication with ELT core strategy and planning teams to ensure planning deliverables and timelines stay on track.
• Partner with the Director of Strategy & Planning and EA to anticipate needs, remove barriers, and support strategic priorities.
• Ensure planning cycles run on time with high quality, and that teams understand priorities and deliverables.
