Job summary

Cisco seeks a Director of Sales SP&O to own operating cadence, headcount planning, and long-range roadmap for the Collaboration business. You will develop demand and pipeline coverage models, ensure resource alignment, and lead a lean team delivering high-value insights to ELT and staff-level discussions.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and staff, and transforming data into actionable executive recommendations in a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience or equivalent work history.
• 4+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
• 8+ years in sales strategy, planning, or sales operations in enterprise tech or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Direct the annual operating plan development and budget prioritization.
• Lead headcount and capacity planning aligned to forward demand.
• Run scenario and contingency planning and territory analysis.
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing operations team.
• Govern CRM data quality and manage core analytics and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure clean CRM data feeding forecasts.
• Capture competitive intelligence and translate data into executive recommendations.
