Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience leading strategic and operational improvement programs in skincare/dermatology/medical devices.
• Proven track record of high-impact initiatives, preferably from a top-tier consulting firm.
• Advanced analytics and AI capabilities to drive insights and decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic performance improvement projects across Alastin, partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with measurable results.
