The Director, Portfolio Growth Marketing, will be a leader responsible for identifying and translating portfolio growth opportunities across Galderma’s injectable aesthetics business. This role will develop and execute key strategies that maximize portfolio growth, strengthen competitive advantage, and unlock opportunities across brands, customer segments, and the evolving aesthetics landscape.
This role will sit at the intersection of portfolio strategy, consumer and customer insights, brand marketing, commercial execution, partnering closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, Insights, and other cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing who can move fluidly between big picture portfolio thinking and practical commercial execution, identify where the business can win, and turn complex market dynamics into clear choices and action.
This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams. The target base salary range for this role is $196,000-$246,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
