Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Director of Finance to partner with the US leadership, owning P&L and guiding strategic investments. You will provide rigorous financial analysis to accelerate growth and maximize long-term value in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of finance experience, 5–7 years in senior leadership, and a strong background in consumer B2B/B2C levers, GTN, and margin management. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 5–7 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• BS/BA required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 4–6 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of Consumer B2B/B2C levers and GTN/margin management; Ecommerce a plus.
• Experience in high-growth multinational organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. Alastin leadership; co-own the P&L and drive strategic finance.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize investments and accelerate growth.
• Lead financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis improvements.
• Support executive decision-making with ad-hoc analyses and projects.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team; attract top talent.
• Collaborate across commercial and functional teams to maximize value.
