Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations to drive high-impact initiatives in the U.S. This role partners with senior leaders to transform operations, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable value across commercial functions.

You will lead matrix teams, leverage data analytics and AI to inform decisions, and articulate compelling business cases for executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years leading strategic and operational improvement programs.
• Experience with skincare/pharmaceutical/dermatology sectors valued.
• Proven ability to use data analytics and AI to drive decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic performance improvement projects across the org.
• Collaborate with director and VP-level stakeholders to solve challenges.
• Diagnose operations, identify transformation opportunities and risks.
• Develop executive updates and compelling business cases.
• Direct cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Drive change initiatives with governance and accountability.
