This generalist role involves scoping ambiguous problems, building analyses, and driving end‑to‑end projects with Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering, delivering clear executive recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy & operations or related fields (consulting, investment banking, private equity) plus operating experience at an early‑stage startup.
• Track record owning ambiguous, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to build structured frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to synthesize complex problems for executives.
• High ownership mentality and bias toward action; comfortable operating with limited process.
• Generalist mindset with readiness to work across pricing, deals, planning, and other business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own cross‑functional strategic projects end‑to‑end, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering as needed.
• Help get complex deals across the finish line by supporting structuring, approvals, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Own parts of the annual operating plan process: track progress, flag risks, and help leadership course‑correct.
• Build financial and operational models to support data‑driven decisions.
• Develop scalable, AI‑native systems to streamline workflows and share insights across the business.
• Act as a thought partner to executives, providing structure, perspective, and actionable recommendations.
