Job summary

B-Stock is hiring a Strategy & Operations leader to plan and deliver high-priority projects, accelerate new offerings, and identify partnerships. You’ll collaborate with business and product leaders to drive growth, leveraging AI to speed research, analysis, and synthesis and building toward automated strategy work.

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Business Operations, you will shape operating cadences and lead cross-functional initiatives to turn strategy into outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy/consulting/finance or business operations driving results.
• Analytically rigorous with ability to structure ambiguity and quantify impact.
• Proven bias to action, with ownership of initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong communication to influence executives and drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools in analytical/operational workflows.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new capabilities daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic projects to define top growth priorities.
• Lead foray into new segments, offerings, or partnerships leveraging data and networks.
• Develop strategic frameworks to identify market growth opportunities.
• Support leadership with data, analysis, and industry expertise for decision making.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled automations to speed cycles and scale output.
• Design operating cadence: planning cycles, reviews, and cross-functional execution.
