Profound, a fast-growing AI marketing platform, is seeking a Chief of Staff for its NYC on-site office. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives, streamline decision-making, and drive execution across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success.

The role requires owning outcomes end to end with high agency, even in ambiguity, and creating leverage across the business.

Qualifications

• You should thrive with high agency and ownership of outcomes.
• Experience as a product manager, founder, or early operator is preferred.
• Ability to influence and align without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and leadership to prioritize and track strategic initiatives.
• Streamline decision-making and manage leadership cadences.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, growth, and customer success.
• Build trust and enable cross-team collaboration without formal reporting lines.
• Drive ambiguous, high-priority efforts and test growth levers.
• Provide strategic input and shape Profound's future direction.
