NYU Langone Health is seeking an Operations Manager for NYU Grossman School of Medicine. The role oversees all divisions, supports education, research, administration and clinical activities, and enhances funding strategies with performance measures for sound decision making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business or Health Administration with 5+ years in an academic medical center, plus excellent communication skills. A Master’s in related fields is preferred.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field with 5 years of progressive leadership experience in an academic medical center.
• Excellent communication skills are essential to interface effectively with diverse internal and external groups and committees.
• Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or similar field.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Oversight: Ensure timely communication of key departmental events and plan/execute events that support mission areas.
• Staff and Support: Assist onboarding across mission areas and support Physician leaders.
• Budget and Finance: Track budget, revenue, and costs; manage departmental costs and reports; ensure reimbursements are tracked.
• Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives; support strategic planning on staffing models, scalability and space needs.
