Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks an Operations Lead to support a new Digital Acquisition Department at Patuxent River NAS. You will work with the Digital Acquisition Director to drive a model-based, digitally enabled acquisition lifecycle transformation.

The role focuses on coordinating operations, communications, governance, and procurement activities across internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field. Masters preferred.
• Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency in data management and version/change control processes.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Discretion and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of the Department's Operations and Communications team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and internal/external communications for leadership.
• Maintain DACE network of partners and manage guidance releases and collaboration.
• Establish priorities and synchronize activities across staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate senior-level meetings, engagements, workshops, and events.
• Support development and execution of Department's strategic priorities and milestones.
• Track leadership commitments and action items with timely follow-through.
• Create and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, calendars, and reporting mechanisms.
• Oversee material procurement documentation and records management.
• Set standards for site organization, content management, and information architecture.
• Oversee video-production support and file handling.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Manage digital and physical records and institutional knowledge.
