Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to support a Digital Acquisition client at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The role focuses on organizing and coordinating executive support, meeting logistics, and document management in a mission-driven DoD environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or 3+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director and senior staff.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and resolve routine scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, virtual meeting requirements, agendas, attendance, materials, and meeting notes.
• Support special projects and organizational requirements as assigned.
• Maintain trackers for taskers, meetings, deliverables, and leadership actions.
• Maintain libraries of briefing materials for future use.
• Track purchase requests, procurement actions, vendor communications, and delivery status.
• Create and archive SPO site content, documents, links, and announcements.
• Perform routine SharePoint administrative functions (access, navigation, storage).
• Assist with routine video and digital-content tasks as directed by leads.
• Maintain tracking of material purchases and training facilities functionality.
• Maintain professional communications with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide surge support for high-priority organizational requirements.
