Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to support our Digital Acquisition client at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. You will join a new department and help transform the acquisition lifecycle toward a model-based, digitally enabled approach.

You will work closely with the Digital Acquisition Director to establish priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining leadership visibility into progress and procurement actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or communications; Masters preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with data management and version control processes.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) and data visualization/workflow tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of the Department’s Operations and Communications team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and internal/external communications for the Director and leadership.
• Maintain DACE Network of partners and manage guidance, status, and collaboration opportunities.
• Set priorities, deconflict requirements, synchronize activities across staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate senior-level meetings, workshops, and organizational events from planning to execution.
• Translate leadership direction into actionable plans, milestones, and rhythms.
• Track leadership commitments and ensure timely follow-through.
• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
