Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking an organized Operations Analyst to support our Digital Acquisition client at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. You will work closely with the Digital Acquisition Director as we establish a new Department and lead NAVAIR’s transformation toward a model-based, digitally enabled lifecycle.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications or 3+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director and senior staff.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, attendance, materials, and notes.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for special projects and organizational needs.
• Maintain trackers for taskers, meetings, deliverables, and leadership actions.
• Maintain organized libraries of briefing materials for future use.
• Track purchase requests, procurement actions, vendor communications, and delivery status.
• Create, organize, update, and archive SPO site content, documents, links, announcements.
• Perform routine SharePoint administrative functions: access, permissions, navigation, storage.
• Assist with routine video and digital-content tasks as directed.
• Maintain tracking of material purchases and stand-up of recording studios and training facility functionality.
• Maintain professional communications with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide surge support for high-priority organizational requirements.
