Haggerty Auto Group is seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide strategic leadership across our Variable and Fixed Operations. This role will partner with ownership and management to improve profitability, efficiency, and accountability across multiple rooftops, including Villa Park, Glen Ellyn, and West Chicago locations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive dealership experience and a strong understanding of both Variable and Fixed Operations, with a proven history

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in automotive dealership operations.
• Strong knowledge of Variable and Fixed Operations.
• Proven track record managing dealership department managers.
• Experience with multi-rooftop dealership operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with dealership ownership on operational strategy and long-term financial goals.
• Provide oversight of Service and Parts Operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to boost retail traffic, volume, and profitability.
• Coordinate operations across multiple rooftops and ensure CSI targets are met.
