Path Robotics is seeking an Operations & Defense Recruiter to support Manufacturing Operations, Deployment & Fleet Operations, Field & Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and Defense programs. You’ll partner with leaders to understand needs, build recruiting strategies, and deliver top talent across a diverse set of roles.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to define requirements.
• Strong proactive sourcing and candidate-engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across manufacturing, deployment, field services, supply chain, and defense programs.
• Build sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-find operational talent.
• Conduct candidate screens, manage interview processes, extend offers, and close candidates.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and deliver a quality candidate experience.
