Job summary

Broadway Ventures is seeking a Strategic Talent Recruiter to join our Proposal/Business Development team. The candidate should be friendly, outgoing, and provide excellent service to potential hires and client employers.

Proficiency in social media, online job boards, and search engines is required. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated to meet deadlines and prepare accurate status reports for supervision.

Qualifications

5+ years recruiting engineers for aerospace, defense or advanced manufacturing.
Experience recruiting for multiple plant locations simultaneously.
Experience working with hiring managers remotely.
Knowledge of local pay/market competition.
Experience with contract labor or staff augmentation for defense prime.
Understanding of vendor management systems and prime submission templates.
Knowledge of ITAR and US person requirements, and Secret clearance process.
Negotiating pay within prime bill rate cards and explaining spreads to candidates.
Experience managing a junior recruiter or sourcer.
BS/MS in HRM or related field (or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Some travel required.

Responsibilities

Consult with corporate leadership and proposal team on qualifications for each position.
Develop and update job descriptions using RFP/RFQ documents.
Search job boards and social media for qualified candidates.
Screen and interview candidates.
Obtain Letters of Intent for qualified candidates.
Coordinate with BD/Capture to review and select candidates.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and other businesses.
