Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Deployment Program Manager to lead end-to-end deployment projects of our robotic systems, coordinating across engineering, operations, and customer sites. You will define scope, timelines, and resources, manage risks, and ensure successful on-site deployment with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 4+ years in program/operations management, preferably in robotics or manufacturing. Some travel (<10%) may be required and collaboration with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in project/operations management or similar.
• Experience with robotics, automation, or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans with timelines and resources.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation as the single source of truth.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead regular status meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Support NPIs and integration within deployment projects.
• Drive project closure and post-deployment handoffs.
